My Personal Journey
I've always believed I'm a spiritual being whose cravings are communication mode from my inner being. However, I realised I often craved foods that seemed harmful to my health. Studying MSc Human Nutrition with years of understanding myself has helped me create this tool. I know you will find it useful.
